For decades, I had that neverending to-do list. I was constantly in a state of overwhelm, jumping from one thing to another, and feeling like it was never enough.

I remember thinking one day, “Is this all there is to life? I get up and scramble all day only to fall in bed at night, not fulfilled, wake up and do it all over again the next day. Is this what it’s about - because I’m not enjoying it!”

I know that something had to change and so I set out on a quest to master my time so that I could feel better about how I was spending each day, what I was doing for myself and others, and enjoy more moments of fulfillment on a regular basis.

Through this process, I learned how to make this my reality and now I get more done in 40 hours a week than most people do in a month.

Even better, I feel fulfilled, happy, accomplished and confident doing so.
