Program Structure
This is a small group - it will be 5-15 people.
We'll meet on Zoom meetings, so you'll see all members.
Seeing others alongside you in our Zoom meeting, going through the same process, will bring us all more motivation, encouragement, support, and tons of energy!
You'll come to our first meeting prepared with your filled-out goal-setting worksheet I'll link in your class welcome email.
In our first meeting, I'll help everyone make sure your goal is attainable by you within 90 Days and is clearly defined.
Your 90-Day goal may be part of a larger goal - you can repeat these 90 Day Sprints with me throughout the year.
For instance, maybe you want to pay off your mortgage within 2 years. We will identify what you can do in the next 90 Days to move closer to that goal, such as, raise your prices, or complete a 5 Day Sales Launch. You'll spend the 90 Days working on completing those steps.
Then, next sprint, your goal for 90 Days under the umbrella of "pay off my mortgage" might be to get the employee hired to free up your time. You'll work on all the steps needed to do that in the next 90 Days. and so on.
The purpose of this goal achievement program is two-fold.

The Goals You Reach - Faster
You'll reach the goal or make tons of progress toward it.

The Person You Become: Resilient, Strong, Confident
By setting the goal & going after it, it'll bring up all the personal development skills you need coaching on to reach this goal. So - you'll become calmer, more focused, more constrained, and stronger at setting boundaries, managing your time, and reframing failure into fuel. And so much more confident!
So you'll reach an amazing goal and become a stronger more resilient, highly skilled person.
You'll take these skills with you wherever you go.
For instance, you may realize you need coaching on one or all of the following to move ahead on each step:

This program will make you excited to fail! You'll develop the skill of having your own back each time you fail.
Every time you complete this goal-setting process, you'll become a person who can focus clearly and reach goals faster with less personal struggle because you're willing to fail and grow on repeat.
